When should I RSVP?

We kindly ask that you let us know if you’ll be joining us by 30th September. Please RSVP by this date so we can finalise all the details for our special day.

You can do this by scanning the QR code on the invitation or via email at aandcwedfest@outlook.com


Email updates will be provided to all attending guests during the run up to the wedding

What shall I do if I can't make the wedding?

We completely understand that life happens and not everyone may be able to join us on our special day. If you’re unable to attend, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible that we can try to make alternative arrangements with the venue before the big day. You’ll be with us in spirit, and we’ll be sure to celebrate with you another time!

Where is everything taking place?

We’re excited to let you know that our ceremony, reception, and evening festival will all be held at the beautiful Rossett Hall Hotel. Everything will take place in one location, so you can relax and enjoy the day without worrying about travel between venues. Accomodation

The special day will be held at Rossett Hall Hotel. There are 51 bedrooms within the hotel that can be booked out for the wedding. Accommodation can be arranged with the hotel by calling 01244 571 000 or emailing reservations@rossetthallhotel.co.uk and quoting ‘the wedding of Adam & Charlotte’. The payment for the rooms does not need to be paid for until the day of check-in and breakfast is included. Check-in is from 3PM.

Is there parking?

We’re happy to share that there will be plenty of free parking available on-site for your convenience.

Is there a dress code?

Dress Code: A Day of Elegance, A Night of Celebration

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! For our special day, we kindly request the following attire:


Daytime: Formal or semi-formal attire. Think suits, cocktail dresses – polished and elegant.


Evening: Think festival chic!

We respectfully ask that ladies refrain from wearing white.

Can I bring a date/a plus one?

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you! As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitations attend the wedding. If you’d like to inquire about bringing a plus one, please reach out to us directly—we’d love to discuss this with you and accommodate if possible. Thank you for understanding.

Are children welcome?

We love your little ones – they’re a big part of our lives – but for our special day, we’ve chosen to have a child-free celebration (with the exception of immediate family). We hope this gives you a chance to let your hair down, enjoy a night off, and join us for a relaxed, grown-up evening full of laughter, dancing, and maybe a questionable karaoke performance or two. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Unplugged Ceremony & Social Media Request -

We kindly ask that no photos or videos be taken during our wedding ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present in the moment with us as we say “I do.”


Additionally, we’d appreciate it if nothing is shared on social media until we’ve had the chance to share the first glimpses of our special day ourselves.

Please note that while drinks will be available, this will not be an open bar. A selection of complimentary drinks will be provided throughout the day, and additional beverages can be purchased at the bar. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to toast with you on our special day!

We’re so excited to celebrate with you, and we know a wedding is a time for fun, laughter, and a few celebratory drinks! That said, we kindly ask everyone to drink responsibly and keep the focus on celebrating together.

What food will be served?

We know this is the real reason why everyone is attending the wedding... food & cake! Food options will be selected prior to the wedding so please keep an eye out for email updates. For more information, please see the "On the Day" page.

What do I do if I have a food allergy?

Your comfort and enjoyment mean the world to us! If you have any food allergies or specific dietary requirements, please let us know by adding them to the RSVP form or reaching out to either of us directly. We want to ensure that everyone has a delicious and worry-free meal on our special day!

Is there a gift registry?

Your presence is the greatest gift of all, but if you’d like to give something extra, we’d be so grateful for a contribution towards our honeymoon. As we already have a home filled with everything we need, your support in helping us create unforgettable memories on our first adventure as a married couple would mean the world to us. Thank you!
